So I wondered what would happen if I didn't give this post a title. Anyway...
    Today the Naval Academy's band came to perform at our school. They were pretty good. Some of the teachers were dancing. Some of them had expressions that said, "So THIS is what kids listen to these days..." Because of them coming to perform, we didn't have 7th and 8th grade band. Everyone in seventh or eighth grade had to go to fifth and sixth grade band yesterday. It wasn't bad except for that a fifth grade flautist sat behind me and accidentaly played in my ear. I could hear fine after the loud concert today, but yesterday my ear hurt because a flute ended up too near it. Go figure.
    We got to use the microscopes in science class today. We were looking at onion cells. We had no idea what they were supposed to look like, so our teacher Googled "onion cell". They really looked exactly like the picture. The thing that confused us was that the onion cells we were looking at were long since dead, and the worksheet advised us to look for movement and cytokinesis and things like that. Dead onion cells don't show many signs of life, but they are still fun to look at.
