Yesterday I learned how to make lasagna.
While I was in the kitchen waiting for it to bake, the back of the Wheat Flakes cereal box caught my eye. It said Good Nutrition and Exercise: A Great Way to Live followed by lots of helpful information on food groups and calories and whatnot. And I couldn't help thinking, aren't they kind of preaching to the choir here? I mean, if you buy and/or eat store-brand Wheat Flakes, you're aware of all that and are probably already borderline health nut. (It may bear mentioning here that nobody in my family eats these and they've been sitting on the shelf for several weeks.)

They must have been on sale!
