Code Name: Agent Oboe.

Q: How many Masterman students does it take to change a light bulb?

A: Masterman students don't change light bulbs. They'd rather sit in the dark and debate politics, Shakespeare, or classical music.

Today after school I had a very refreshing but somewhat serious discussion with some friends. It stemmed from a class discussion in African-American History, which shows what nerds we all are, but it was interesting. The topic was originally race, but moved fluidly to religion, economics, and many other topics.
The funny thing about it was this: Go to any other public school in the city and you would hear a completely different kind of discussion, probably about... well, I don't even know what normal people talk about, but I doubt it would be anything like our conversations.

Oh yeah, I noticed that IMBO now has 150 posts (or technically, 151). Hooray and thank you all for sporadically reading my written equivalents of doodles.

And lastly, a picture. I don't know if I've posted it before, but here it is anyway. This was taken by my mom before last year's All-City concert when I was trying to talk to someone, and we've laughed over it many a time since, because I look suspiciously like a secret agent.
